Tribute Equine Nutrition partners with The National Snaffle Bit Association

Tribute Equine Nutrition, a complete line of equine nutritional products, is proud to announce a new partnership with The National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA), a multi breed association promoting the pleasure horse.

Crisis Relief Fund for Larry and Rhonda SprattoNSBA Announces: Friends of Larry and Rhonda Spratto have opened an account at the Gurnee Community Bank to help them recover from the devastation they encountered due to a barn fire, resulting in the loss of 13 horses. Donations can be made in the name of Crisis Fund c/o Larry and Rhonda Spratto and can be sent to the Gurnee Community Bank at 675 N. O’Plaine This is a 501(c)(3) charitable donation. |
Press Statement on Animal WelfarePRESS STATEMENT NSBA Announces Minimum Penalties for Violation of Its Rules Against Inhumane Treatment of Horses. The National Snaffle Bit Association has announced that at its March 8, 2012 Board of Directors meeting, the NSBA Board emphasized its commitment to the aggressive enforcement of its rules regarding the inhumane treatment of horses. Specifically, Rule 97 of the NSBA rules states that no person shall treat any horse in a cruel or inhumane manner. The rule further states that every horse at an NSBA-approved event shall, at all times, be treated humanely and with dignity, respect, and compassion. Abuse is defined as
