The National Snaffle Bit Association named Stephanie Lynn as Executive Director effective January 1, 2020. Dianne Eppers, who has been employed by NSBA since 2005 and served as Executive Director for over a decade, will move to the position of Senior Advisor.

“Since its inception, NSBA has been a part of my life. To have served on the Board of Directors, as President and then in my role as Executive Director, watching the success of this organization brings great pride not only to me, but to the horsemen who have made this Association who we are today. We are an association of horsemen, working side by side to build a better future for breeders, owners and exhibitors of pleasure horses. I look forward to being a part of the Association’s next steps and its continued progression,” noted Ms. Eppers.

“I am honored to serve as NSBA’s Executive Director. It is a privilege to be a part of an organization committed to delivering high quality benefits and innovative programs to its members. Over the last five years Dianne and I have worked closely together and I am confident that going forward we will continue to grow the show horse community and the Association. We are an organization led by purpose and NSBA has shown itself to be a leader in providing benefits to people who show horses,” Lynn stated.

Lynn, who was brought on board as NSBA Director of Operations in 2015, has over forty years of experience in the equine industry. Lynn is a graduate of University of North Texas where she received a BA in Finance. During her tenure as Director of Operations, Lynn has overseen projects from streamlining the show department to raising funds for the NSBA and the NSBA Foundation’s programs. Prior to her employment with NSBA, Lynn owned and operated a training business and was a judge with NSBA, AQHA and APHA.
