National High Point Awards

The NSBA will present National High Point Awards to the top horses/owners earning the most points in NSBA approved classes. Points are earned on the horse in all classes, except Non Pro, amateur, novice amateur, novice youth and youth. Points in Non Pro, amateur, novice amateur, novice youth, and youth classes will be calculated on a horse/rider combination.

  1. Longe Line horses are eligible for NSBA year end awards. However, final points should include no more than five (5) NSBA approved events during a given year. Points will be calculated from the horse’s top five (5) performances.

Owners and riders in NSBA events must be NSBA members in good standing at the time any points are earned, to be eligible for NSBA National High Point Awards.

NSBA provides the award when seven (7) or more points were earned for the year-end title. When six (6) or less points are earned, the year-end winner will be recognized and have the option to purchase the award.
